After a few months after Samsung launched the Galaxy S4 last year, it also launched various S4 variants like the S4 mini, S4 Zoom and we reported earlier that the South Korean giant might do the same with its new flagship, the Galaxy S5. Well, it has turned out to be true as specifications of Galaxy S5 Zoom have leaked.
We have come to know about the specs of the Galaxy S5 Zoom through a benchmark database. The device with the model number SM-C115 surfaced on the GFXBench website. According to the benchmark report, the specs of the Galaxy S5 Zoom feature a 4.8-inch 720p display, an Exynos 5 Hexa core processor (which we saw first on the Note 3 Neo) with 2GB RAM. There are two storage capacities listed in the benchmark info, which means there will be microSD expansion. Android 4.4.2 KitKat is running on the device.
The highlight of the device should be the camera and as per the leak, there will be a 20MP rear camera and a 2MP front facing camera. the Galaxy S4 Zoom had some good optical zooming capabilities so we can expect the same to be present in the S5 Zoom.
The Galaxy S4 Zoom had a good camera but the problem was the bulky body equivalent to a point and shoot. We hope Samsung fixes the bulk issue and then we’ll surely get a good camera running Android otherwise it’s a no-go for me. What about you?
