Samsung is known to release multiple variants of its devices. Today the company has announced the Samsung Galaxy S5 4G+.
Samsung has announced the launch of the Samsung Galaxy S5 4G+, which is the global version of the Galaxy S5 LTE-A version that was launched specifically for Korea. While the handset is powered by the same quad core Snapdragon 805 processor clocked at 2.5 GHz, it leaves behind the Quad HD display and comes with full HD display with resolution of 1920 x 1080 pixels.
The Samsung Galaxy S5 4G+ has support for 4G LTE Advanced that offers download speeds of up to 300 Mbps. The smartphone has slightly lower memory with just 2 GB of RAM and 16 GB of internal storage but comes with the latest update of the Android KitKat version. The handset is expected to go on sale in Singapore soon, after which it will be rolled out to other areas. While Samsung had recently launched the 4G version with the Snapdragon 801 in India, it is still not known if this handset will be launched in India.
