Just after hearing news about the launch of the Galaxy S4 Mini at the June event, Samsung has made the device official, days before the much anticipated event.
The Samsung Galaxy S4 Mini, which was already confirmed to have a 4.3 inch qHD display, did turn up as expected earlier. The device is powered by a 1.7 GHz dual core processor with a modest 1.5 GB of RAM and 8 GB of internal storage.
The Galaxy S4 Mini comes in three versions – 3G only, 3G dual-SIM and LTE. The device has two cameras – an expected 8 MP rear camera and a front facing 1.9 MP camera. Most of the Galaxy S4’s new features are added to the smaller version of the S4. The smartphone runs on the latest Android Jelly Bean version.
While there has been no formal announcement regarding the pricing or the availability, the device is confirmed to be present at the Samsung Premier event on June 20.
