Now that Samsung is done with the launch of its 2014 flagship, we are all very curious as to what else the smartphone leader has in store. Seems like it is a new range of high-end tablets.
According to sources, Samsung is currently working on a new range of high-end tablet devices called the Galaxy Tab S. While recently it had launched the TabPRO range of tablets, this time it plans on going really high with almost unmatchable specs. Sources suggest that the tablets would be available in screen sizes of 8.4 inch and 10.5 inch with very high resolution of 2560 x 1600 pixels and Super AMOLED Plus display.
Samsung seems to be putting a touch of its flagship on the Galaxy Tab S with the fingerprint sensors which would be embedded in the Home button of the tablets. The devices are expected to be powered by Samsung’s octa core Exynos 5420 along with a six core Mali-T628 GPU and 3 GB of RAM. Also expected is an 8 MP rear camera and a front facing 2.1 MP camera.
