Back in August earlier this year, we heard about Korean giant Samsung bringing in a smaller Galaxy S III, namely the Samsung Galaxy S III Mini for all the users who are not comfortable with the large 4.8 inch screen of the S III.
And now, Samsung has allegedly sent out invites in Germany for an exclusive press event scheduled for October 11 where the Galaxy S III Mini is expected to be launched.
The invite goes on to bear the characteristic ‘S’ series logo in the background and the invitation translates saying “something small will be really big” and “get ready for a little sensation” which suggest that the S III Mini might be launched at the event.
According to the previous leaks and rumours, the Galaxy S III Mini is expected to arrive with a smaller 4 inch screen with WVGA resolution, the 8 MP camera of the S III will be replaced with a 5 MP shooter on the Mini and it is expected to be powered by a dual-core processor.
We’ll know it all officially on the October 11. Stay tuned!
