And now there is another addition to the Galaxy S family with the Samsung GT-I9070 appearing in leaks. According to the source, the device will be known as the Samsung Galaxy S Advance when it officially arrives and it definitely has some advanced specs compared to that of the Galaxy S but a little lower when it comes to the S II.
The Samsung Galaxy S Advance will be having a curved glass and a thinner body. With this it will run on a 1GHz dual-core processor and sport a 4-inch Super AMOLED WVGA (800×480) display.
It’ll have Android 2.3.6 Gingerbread OS and with the 1GHz dual-core processor we can also expect the device to receive some Android ICS love later. It will carry a 5MP camera with LED flash which will also be capable of recording HD videos at 720p.This time the 3.5mm headphone jack could be found at the bottom of the device and it’ll be powered by a 1500mAh battery.
No details on the availability of the device as of now but expect this advanced Galaxy S to be showcased at the upcoming Mobile World Congress (MWC) next month in Barcelona.
