Last week we saw the Snapdragon 820 SoC powered Galaxy Note7 making its appearance on AnTuTu. Now, we are looking at the same model popping up on Geekbench.
The Galaxy Note7 spotted on Geekbench carries model number SM-930V, which is the same model that was spotted on AnTuTu last week. For those unaware, this a Verizon variant of the Note7. The Geekbench listing reveals Snapdragon 820 SoC on the Note7 with 4 GB RAM and Android 6.0.1 Marshmallow. These specs are in line with what we have seen on AnTuTu.
This Verizon variant of Galaxy Note7 scored 2200 and 4469 points in Geekbench’s single-core and mutli-core test. A Galaxy Note7 variant running on Android 7.0 Nougat has also been spotted on Geekbench with 3 GB RAM and Exynos 7420 SoC.
While everyone is expecting the Note7 to come with 6 GB RAM, we actually haven’t seen any variant of the Note7 with 6 GB RAM on the benchmarking websites yet. The device is expected to launch on 2nd August, so we expect more and more details to surface online.
