We had heard some rumors about the release of the Samsung Galaxy Note Pro 12.2, now the detailed specs listing of the device have been confirmed along with benchmark results.
According to sources, the company’s 12.2 inch tablet, which would be called as the Samsung Galaxy Note Pro 12.2, would indeed feature a resolution of 2560 x 1600 pixels on the 12.2 inch display. The device is supposedly powered by the quad core Snapdragon 800 processor clocked at 2.26 GHz, along with 3 GB of RAM.
The Samsung Galaxy Note Pro would apparently run on the recently released Android v4.4.2 KitKat version. Interestingly, the device is said to have a new Samsung UI specifically customized for tablet devices. The tablet would also feature an 8 MP rear facing camera and a front facing 2.1 MP camera.
The AnTuTu benchmark scores of the Samsung Galaxy Note Pro touch 34261, which is just surpassing the Galaxy Note 3. However this would is attributed to the test software and would definitely increase when the actual device is tested. The benchmarks also reveal LTE capabilities, but a Wi-Fi only model is also expected.
