Almost months after the Samsung Galaxy Note Edge with the curved edge was announced, the company has now launched the handset in India.
Samsung has announced the launch of the Samsung Galaxy Note Edge in India. The handset is well known for the unique display that bends slightly on the right thus offering an additional 160 pixels for the user to access frequently used apps, alerts and device functionality using the swipe of a finger even when the cover is closed.
The Samsung Galaxy Note Edge has a 5.6 inch Super AMOLED display with ultra-high resolution of 2560 x 1440 pixels. The handset is powered by the superfast quad core Snapdragon 805 processor clocked at 2.7 GHz along with 3 GB of RAM and 32 GB of internal storage. The device is equipped with a 16 MP rear facing camera and a front facing 3.7 MP camera. The handset is priced at Rs. 64900 and will be available in the first week of 2015.
