Samsung has today announced the launch of its Galaxy Music which, as the name suggests is a music-centric smartphone running on Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich OS.
The Samsung Galaxy Music will be aimed at music lovers who are tight on budget but still want an Android smartphone with great sound quality and advanced music player features.
The official specifications of the Samsung Galaxy go on to match to the ones which leaked a few days back and include:

- Display resolution of 320 x 240 pixels
- 850 MHz A9 processor
- 4 GB internal memory
- Expandable to 32 GB
- 3 MP camera
- Wi-Fi, 2G, 3G connectivity
- microUSB 2.0, 3.5 mm jack
- Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich, Upgradable to Android 4.1 Jelly Bean
- 1300 mAh battery
The 3 inch smartphone also features a 9-lumen WVGA projector which is placed on the top of it like in the Galaxy Beam.
To make the music-hearing experience a great one, Samsung Galaxy Music arrives with dual frontal stereo speakers that deliver outstanding sound quality further bolstered by FM radio and advanced audio features such as Sound Alive & SRS. The smartphone features a unique Music Dedicated key that provides quick and convenient access to the music player for the perfect listening experience.
Samsung will also launch a dual-SIM version of the Galaxy Music called Galaxy Music DUOS for users who also need dual-SIM capability. There is no information on the availability or pricing of the Samsung Galaxy Music but we’ll keep you updated once we have more details on it.
