Just a month back we heard the first rumours of the Samsung Galaxy Mega 2. While we have been waiting for the device ever since, Samsung has finally made the device official, at least in Thailand.
The Samsung Galaxy Mega 2 is now official in Thailand with a listing on the company’s official website. As expected, the device has a 6 inch IPS display with resolution of 1280 x 720 pixels. The smartphone is powered by a 1.5 GHz quad core processor with 1.5 GB of RAM and 16 GB of internal storage.
The Samsung Galaxy Mega 2 has an 8 MP rear facing auto focus camera with LED flash. There is also a front facing 2.1 MP camera. The device runs on the latest Android KitKat version. The handset is expected to retail at around $400. As of now, there is no word on global availability but we can expect the phone to be available globally.
