With the Galaxy J series doing really well in the Indian market, Samsung has now launched the Samsung Galaxy J3 (2016) in the country.
Samsung has announced the launch of the Samsung Galaxy J3 (2016), which is the company’s latest 4G smartphone in the Galaxy J series with a dedicated bike mode which can be activated by just tapping on the NFC tag. The S Bike mode allows bikers to activate pre-recorded message for all callers, motion lock feature to ensure rider comes to a halt before answering and urgent calls filter.
The Samsung Galaxy J3 has a 5 inch Super AMOLED display with resolution of 1280 x 720 pixels. The smartphone is powered by a 1.5 GHz quad core Spreadtrum processor with 1.5 GB of RAM and 8 GB of internal storage. It also has Ultra data saving (UDS) mode powered by Opera Max that compresses cellular data across all contents.
The Samsung Galaxy J3 has an 8 MP rear facing auto focus camera with LED flash. There is also a front facing 5 MP camera. The device runs on the Android Lollipop version with a 2600 mAh battery. The phone has dual SIM support with 4G LTE connectivity. The handset is priced at Rs. 8990 and is available in Black, White and Gold colour options exclusively on Snapdeal.
