Samsung launched the Galaxy C7 in China this May and now it seems the company is going to unveil the Galaxy C9 as well. The Galaxy C9 has made an appearance on a benchmarking website which reveals some of its specifications.
The Galaxy C9 is listed on Geekbench with model number SM-C9000. It is powered by Snapdragon 652 SoC which is paired with 6 GB RAM and Adreno 510 GPU. The device is also running on Android 6.0.1 Marshmallow.
The Galaxy C9 scored 1304 points in single-core test and 4366 points in multi-core test. The Galaxy C9 was also spotted on Indian import/export tracking website Zauba last week with 6-inch display.
It’s surprising to see the Galaxy C9 sporting 6 GB of RAM considering the fact that this year’s Samsung flagships like Galaxy S7, Galaxy S7 edge and Galaxy Note7 come with 4 GB of RAM.
Do keep in mind that the Galaxy C series has been exclusive to China so don’t expect the Galaxy C9 to arrive in your country. We expect to come across more details of the Galaxy C9 in the coming days.
