Samsung Galaxy Alpha, the metal-clad Samsung smartphone might be all set to arrive on August 4 if the latest reports are to be believed. The report of the launch date comes from SamMobile and they seem pretty confident about it. So, we can expect to see the Galaxy Alpha go official in 4 days time.
The early August launch might be a good idea for Samsung, as it might help the Galaxy Apha hog some limelight before the arrival of the Galaxy Note 4 in September. If Samsung manages to launch the device quickly after its announcement, the device will have some time to make an impact.
We recently got to see the Samsung Galaxy Alpha in all its glory, thanks to leaked pictures comparing it with Galaxy S5. The Galaxy Alpha isn’t meant to be a flagship but with the metal build and similar screen size, Samsung might be aiming at the upcoming iPhone 6.
The Samsung Galaxy Alpha’s specs are said to be similar to the Galaxy S5 mini. Some of the specs we know of the device are that there’s a 4.8-inch 720p display, 32 GB non-expandable storage, fingerprint scanner.
So, anyone excited here for a Samsung metal smartphone?
