Announced just around the Mobile World Congress, the Samsung Galaxy Ace 2 is the successor to the Galaxy Ace. But the smartphone still came with Android 2.3 Gingerbread showing signs that it might not get an Android 4.0 upgrade.
But thanks to a video, we can confirm that the smartphone will be getting the Ice Cream Sandwich update in the future.
The Galaxy Ace 2 has an 800MHz dual-core NovaThor processor and 768MB of RAM which seems pretty decent and we believe that it can support Android 4.0. So Galaxy Ace 2 owners can jump with joy and expect an announcement by Samsung regarding the update.
Till then check out the demo video of the Galaxy Ace 2 which confirms the availability of ICS on the device.
