Just hours after the Samsung Galaxy A9 was certified at TENAA, Samsung has now officially unveiled the handset in China.
Samsung has announced the launch of the Samsung Galaxy A9, which is the company’s high-end smartphone in the A series with a metal frame and glass back and a fingerprint scanner. The device has a 6 inch Super AMOLED display with resolution of 1920 x 1080 pixels. The smartphone is powered by the octa core Snapdragon 652 processor with 3 GB of RAM and 32 GB of internal storage.
The Samsung Galaxy A9 has a 13 MP rear facing auto focus camera with OIS, S5K3L2 sensor, f/1.9 aperture and LED flash. There is also a front facing 8 MP camera. The device runs on the Android Lollipop version with a massive 4000 mAh battery. The handset is available in White, Gold and Pink colour options. Details of global rollout would be released later.
