Just days after the Samsung Galaxy A8 was announced, the company has now launched the handset in India.
Samsung has announced the launch of the Samsung Galaxy A8, which is the company’s latest smartphone with a full metal uni-body design with ultra-narrow bezels and fingerprint scanner. The device has a 5.7 inch Super AMOLED display with resolution of 1920 x 1080 pixels. The smartphone is powered by a 1.5 GHz octa core Snapdragon 615 processor with 2 GB of RAM and 16 GB of internal storage.
The Samsung Galaxy A8 has a 16 MP rear facing auto focus camera with f/1.9 aperture and LED flash. There is also a front facing 5 MP camera with 120 degree wide angle lens. The device runs on the Android Lollipop version with a massive 3050 mAh battery. The handset is priced at Rs. 32500 and is available in White, Black and Gold colour options
