Three new Samsung handsets have been listed on Russian distributor Merlion’s web site. These handsets called the Galaxy A7, the Galaxy E5 and Galaxy J1. They come with some great specs and lets take them on one by one.
Samsung Galaxy A7
The Samsung Galaxy A7 seems a high-range handset. It sports a 5.5-inch full HD display, Exynos 5433, a 13-megapixel rear cam and a 5-megapixel front cam. It should have the same form factor as the Note 4, but might be a tad bit more affordable.
The Galaxy A7 will be running Android 4.4 on launch. The launch date hasn’t been ascertained yet.
Samsung Galaxy E5
The Samsung Galaxy E5 has the makings of a mid-range handset – a 5-inch full HD display, a 1.9-GHz processor, currently running on Android 4.1. It will sport an 8-megapixel rear cam and a 2-megapixel front cam.
Samsung Galaxy J1
The Samsung Galaxy J1 seems an entry-level handset, going by the specs. It comes with a 4.3-inch WVGA display, a Spreadtrum SC6815 1.2-GHz processor, Mali 400 GPU, 1 GB RAM, 4GB internal storage, 5-megapixel front and rear cams. RAM is not known yet.
