Samsung recently embraced metal with the Galaxy Alpha and the company might be planning to introduce more such devices. We recently came across live pictures of the supposed Galaxy A5 and today, we have press renders of the same.
In case you don’t know, the Samsung A series of smartphones will supposedly be a new range of devices featuring some good looks and premium materials. The Galaxy A5 looks pretty sleek from what we can make out from the leaked press renders. Similar to the Galaxy Alpha, the A5 features a metallic frame, which surely makes it look very premium. Reportedly, the device is pretty thin at 6.7 mm.
The rumored specifications of the device include a 5-inch HD (1280x720p) Super AMOLED display, a Quad-core Snapdragon 410 chipset with 2 GB RAM, 13 MP primary camera, 16 GB internal storage with expansion, a 2300 mAh battery and Android 4.4.4 KitKat.
Samsung should announce the new A-series devices soon, which includes the A3 and A7 along with the A5. As always, we’ll let you know when these devices go official.
