Samsung has been focusing on wearable in the recent few months. After the Gear smart watch, the company now seems to be working on a fitness tracker.
According to sources, photographs of an upcoming Samsung wearable have surfaced. The device, with model number SM-R150, looks more like the sports variant of the Galaxy Gear smart watch. However, sources in the know claim that the device is a fitness tracker known as Triathlon within the company and may launch as the Samsung Body Compass 2.0.
Interestingly, the Samsung SM-R150 is said to be an affordable product. While very few details about the wearable are known as of now, sources suggest that the device would monitor the user’s heart rate, sleeping patterns, exercise goals, pulse and calories burned. It may also monitor the water intake and body fat measurement. We should be hearing more details soon.
