Samsung has announced three new 4G smart phones in India- Galaxy Grand Prime 4G, Galaxy Core Prime 4G and Galaxy J1 4G. These smart phones are the LTE variants of the much popular Galaxy Grand Prime, Galaxy Core Prime and Galaxy J1. These handsets will be available for sale from the second week of March 2015 and the price would start from Rs.9900 onwards.
These 4G enabled smart phones come with dual SIM capability and support both Time Division Duplex (TDD) and Frequency Division Duplex (FDD) for broader coverage. These 4G enabled smart phones are said to give up to 150 MBPS download speeds.
