Yesterday there were reports doing the rounds that the LG Nexus 4 would launch in India by 30th November, 2012 when online retailer Saholic listed the smartphone as ‘Coming Soon’ with an available by 30th November tag.
The date coincided by earlier reports where an LG executive told that the Nexus 4 will be launched in India by November end.
But today, there has been a U-turn from Saholic as the online retailer has gone ahead and changed the date of available to “by 15th January, 2013” which we expect has been changed as the news of the previous date spread.
The new date of January 15th, 2013 is still not confirmed and the “by” in listing also indicates that the Nexus 4 could be launched before that date too, though there is no official date from LG as for now.
The LG Nexus 4 arrives with:
- 4.7-inch screen True HD IPS Plus screen
- Display resolution of 1280 x 768 pixels
- 1.5 GHz Quad-core Qualcomm S4 Pro processor
- 2 GB RAM
- 8 GB and 16 GB internal storage
- 8 MP rear camera with LED Flash
- 1.3 MP front facing camera
- Android 4.2 Jelly Bean
- 2G, 3G, NFC, Wireless Charging
- 2100 mAh battery
So if you have been waiting for the LG Nexus 4 to launch in India in November, the wait just got prolonged. But if you are itching to grab yourself the latest Nexus, the smartphone is available on online retailer eBay.
