Reliance has launched LYF Wind 1 and LYF Water 7 smartphones in India. While the Wind 1 is a budget smartphone, the Water 7 is the first high end smartphone from Reliance. Both these smartphones support 4G VoLTE.
Talking about the LYF Wind 1 first, it’s powered by a Snapdragon 410 SoC which is coupled with 1 GB RAM and Adreno 306 GPU. It has a 5-inch HD display and packs a 2300 mAh battery. The LYF Wind 1 runs on Android 5.1 Lollipop and features an 8 MP rear camera and a 5 MP front camera. It has 16 GB of internal storage whereas the external storage can be expanded up to 64 GB via microSD card.
Coming to the LYF Water 7, it’s more powerful than the Wind 1 and also comes with a Fingerprint Scanner at the back. The Water 7 has Snapdragon 615 SoC under the hood which is paired with 2 GB RAM and Adreno 405 GPU. It has 5.5-inch Full-HD display and packs a 3000 mAh battery. The Water 7 runs on Android 5.1 Lollipop and features a 13 MP rear camera and a 5 MP front camera. It has 16 GB of internal storage whereas the external storage can be expanded all the way up to 128 GB via microSD card.
