While we heard plans of Reliance Jio starting their services in India on a small scale later this month, the company has apparently geared up for the launch.
According to sources, Reliance Jio is all set to launch its 4G LTE services in India on December 27 which marks the birth anniversary of its founder chairman Dhirubhai Ambani. The company is reportedly giving out 4G SIM cards to its employees. The employees have also been given an offer to buy the LYF Earth and LYF Water 4G smartphones at 25 percent discount.
Reliance Jio is planning on pushing out in the market and has already been initiating talks with Gionee, Huawei and Xiaomi to offer them a platform to market their products. Further, the company also intends to partner with e-commerce firms such as Amazon, eBay, Flipkart and Snapdeal to push its ‘Earth’, ‘Water’, ‘Wind’ and ‘Fire’ series of phones.
