Soon after the refreshed version of the Nexus 7 was launched, we had heard rumours of the Nexus 10 also getting an upgrade.
According to new reports, Google is planning on making new Nexus 10 tablets and would be manufactured by Asus this time. The tablets would be sold through the Google Play Store and Best Buy outlets in time for the holidays, which is the usual release period of the devices.
The first edition of the Nexus 10 was made by Samsung and as such the refreshed edition was expected from Samsung itself. However with the growing bond between Google and Asus following the success of the Nexus 7 tablet, especially with the improvements in the second generation Nexus 7, it’s quite possible that the company may get to work on the Nexus 10 edition also.
