Another round of leaked pictures, and this time around it’s the Motorola DROID 4. The pictures are of a demo or dummy version of the yet-to-be-announced device which is going to head over to Verizon’s 4G LTE network.
The dummy version is used to give users idea as to how the device would look and feel, so that users could decide if they would like to buy the device or not.
The DROID 4 is expected to come with a 4 inch qHD screen and will be powered by a 1.2 GHz dual-core processor. The RAM is expected to be of 1GB as compared to the 512MB RAM of the DROID 3.
The camera will be an 8MP snapper at the rear with capability of capturing videos at 1080p. The secondary camera is HD capable for video chats. The onboard storage could be of 16GB with a microSD slot for further expansion. The DROID 4 will be supported by a powerful 1785mAh battery. Now it pretty much has the same hardware and looks as the RAZR with a QWERTY keyboard.
Still there is no information on the release date or pricing, but with the leaks happening and dummy device out there, the launch can be expected at the CES in January 2012. And we do hope Motorola will launch this device in India, the RAZR PRO maybe? What say?
