Posing a challenge to other smartphone brands in the Indian markets, Panasonic India launched a new smartphone the P51, which it claims would redefine the smartphone segment in India.
The Panasonic P51 which is said to be a premium Android smartphone features a 5 inch fHD display with a resolution of 1280 x 720 pixels. The dual SIM smartphone is powered by a 1.2 GHz quad core processor with 1 GB of RAM and 4 GB of internal memory.
The Panasonic P51 has an 8 MP camera with flash at the back and a 1.3 MP 720p front facing camera. The device runs on the latest Android Jelly Bean OS. The handset comes with a magnetic flip-cover stylus which makes it easier to use and protect.
Interestingly, the Panasonic P51 is priced at Rs. 26990, which seems very exorbitant considering handsets with almost same specs from global giant Samsung are priced at around Rs. 20000.
