While Oppo has released quite a few high-end offering in the last few weeks, it has now released a mid-range handset – the Oppo Joy, to help better market coverage.
Oppo has announced the launch of the Oppo Joy, which is a mid-range offering from the company. The device has a 4 inch sensitive touch screen with glove mode display and resolution of 800 x 480 pixels. The device is powered by a 1.3 GHz dual core MediaTek processor along with 512 MB of RAM and 4 GB of internal storage.
The Oppo Joy has a rear facing 3 MP camera with LED flash. There is also a front facing VGA camera. The device runs on the company’s Colors OS which is based on Android Jelly. The handset is priced at Rp. 1699 and is available in Black and White colours. The device is expected to be launched in India in the Rs. 8000 range price tag.
