China-based Oppo has officially teased the brand’s first foldable smartphone — Oppo Find N. The company says that the phone has been made after “”four years of intense R&D and six generations of prototypes.” The device will be launched at Oppo Inno Day on 15th December.
The teaser video shared by the company showcases the smartphone. The phone is touted to be a “beautiful” device and will feel good in hands. The company adds that the phone can be easily used in both open and closed states and has worked to get rid of the screen crease and durability issues.
So far, Oppo has not revealed the specifications or features of the upcoming foldable smartphone. For that, we will have to wait for the official launch of the device which will take place at the upcoming event on 15th December.
Based on earlier rumors, the OPPO Find N is expected to feature an 8-inch internal folding screen with a 120Hz refresh rate and a 6.5-inch 60Hz external screen. It could be powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 888 SoC.
In the camera department, the smartphone could come with a 50MP main rear camera with a Sony IMX766 sensor, a 16MP camera with a Sony IMX481 sensor, and a 13MP camera with a Samsung S5K3M5 sensor with a matrix design. On the front side, the device will have a 32MP selfie snapper.
