Oppo F1s, successor to the Oppo F1, is launching in India on 3rd August. Oppo brought the F1 in India in January this year. It then launched the F1 Plus in April, and now, is all set to bring one more “selfie-expert” in the country.
Oppo announced the F1s earlier this week and has now started sending out press invites for the India launch. The event is scheduled on 3rd August and will start at 12 pm. The invite sent by Oppo doesn’t provide much details about the F1s. All it shows is a camera lens and says “Step up the selfie revolution” which again hints at the the phone being selfie-centric.
Oppo F1, predecessor of F1s, is powered by Snapdragon 616 SoC which is paired with 3 GB RAM. It sports a 13 MP rear camera along with an 8 MP front camera. It flaunts a 5-inch Full-HD display which is backed by 2500 mAh battery.
The Oppo F1s being a selfie-centric phone is rumored to feature a 16 MP front camera and house a fingerprint scanner on it home button. Oppo is also teasing the F1s through its Twitter handle after the announcement. There’s no information about the pricing right now but all such queries will be answered soon when the device is launched.
