Just days after taking the wraps off the Oppo F1, Oppo has now launched the handset in India to take on the growing competition.
Lava has announced the launch of the Oppo F1, which is the company’s latest smartphone offering in the F series with a full metal body. The device has a 5 inch IPS display with resolution of 1920 x 1080 pixels. The smartphone is powered by a 1.7 GHz octa core Snapdragon 616 processor with 3 GB of RAM and 16 GB of internal storage.
The Oppo F1 has a 13 MP rear facing auto focus camera with PDAF and LED flash. There is also a front facing 8 MP camera with f/2.0 aperture, 1/4″ sensor and software features such as Beautify 3.0, 8 live color filters, and option to use the screen as a flash light to capture better images in low lighting conditions. The device runs on the Android Lollipop version with a 2500 mAh battery. The phone has dual SIM support with 4G LTE connectivity. The handset is priced at Rs. 15990 and would be available from February 1.
