Soon after launching the Oppo A59 in June, the company has almost finished working on the A59s. The Oppo A59s has received TENAA certification and has been listed on its website. The TENAA listing of the A59s reveals the design and specifications of the device.
Design wise, the Oppo A59s looks similar to the A59. The A59s comes with a 1.5 GHz octa-core processor under the hood which is laced with 4 GB RAM. It boasts a 5.5-inch HD display and packs a 2980 mAh battery.
The A59s is listed with Android 5.1 Lollipop. However, we hope it will run Android 6.0 Marshmallow out of the box at the time of launch. The device has 32 GB of internal storage whereas the external storage can be expanded up to 128 GB via microSD card.
Like the A59, the A59s too has a fingerprint scanner on its home button. However, the main highlight of the A59s would be its front camera. It has a 16 MP secondary camera on the front and a 13 MP primary camera at the back.
Now that the A59s has received TENAA certification, we expect Oppo to launch it in China soon.
