OnePlus started off with flagship killer smartphones, offering value-for-money devices. After a short-lived stint with the mid-range device, the company restarted its focus on mid-range smartphones with the launch of the OnePlus Nord series, which has been well-received in the market.
Continuing with the success of the Nord series, the company is now gearing up to launch the next-generation OnePlus Nord CE 3 smartphones in the market. While the launch date is not yet known, the device is expected to go official sometime in the first or second quarter of next year.
A new report has surfaced online by tipster @OnLeaks which has revealed some of the key specifications of this upcoming device. It is said that the phone will come with a 6.43-inch LCD display that will offer a high refresh rate of 120Hz.
In the camera department, the device will come with a 108-megapixel primary camera sensor coupled with two 2-megapixel sensors for a triple-camera setup. On the front side, there will be a 16-megapixel snapper allowing users to make video calls.
Under the hood, the phone is likely to come powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 685 processor, coupled with up to 12GB of RAM and 256GB of internal storage. It is expected to pack a 5,000mAh battery and come with support for 67W or 33W fast charging.
