OnePlus 3 which was earlier rumored to be launched on June 14 is now confirmed to be launched on June 15 in China.
OnePlus 3 will be launched on June 15 at 10 am in China. 10 am on June 15 in China means it will be June 14 for most of the world. Instead of a traditional press event, the OnePlus 3 will be unveiled through a VR event where everyone can be a part of the launch. All you have to do is wear your Loop VR headset (if you were lucky enough to get one for free) to be a part of the launch event.
The OnePlus 3 was also recently spotted on TENAA revealing its specs and design. Going by the TENAA listing, the OnePlus 3 is powered by a Snapdragon 820 SoC which is accompanied by 4 GB RAM and Adreno 530 GPU. Other specs include Android 6.0.1 Marshmallow, 5.5-inch Full-HD AMOLED display, 64 GB internal storage, 16 MP rear camera, 8 MP front camera and 3000 mAh battery. The device is 7.3 mm thin, weighs 160 grams and is available in light gray, black and gold colors. A 6 GB RAM variant was also spotted on TENAA later on.
