Finally putting an end to leaks and teasers, OnePlus has finally unveiled its next generation flagship – the OnePlus 3.
OnePlus has announced the launch of the OnePlus 3, which is the company’s latest flagship smartphone with a refreshed anodized aluminium unibody design and a fingerprint scanner embedded in the Home button. The device has a 5.5 inch Optic AMOLED 2.5D curved glass display with Corning Gorilla Glass 4 protection and resolution of 1920 x 1080 pixels. The smartphone is powered by a 2.15 GHz quad core Snapdragon 820 processor with a massive 6 GB of RAM and 64 GB of internal storage.
The OnePlus 3 has a 16 MP rear facing auto focus camera with Sony IMX298 sensor, 1.12 micron pixel size, f/2.0 aperture, PDAF, OIS and LED flash. There is also a front facing 8 MP camera with Sony IMX179 sensor, 1.4 micron pixel size, f/2.0 aperture. The device runs on the Android Lollipop version with a 3000 mAh battery with the new Dash Charge technology that can charge the phone up to 60% in just 30 minutes with the 5V-4A charger.
The OnePlus 3 is priced at Rs. 27999 and is available in Graphite and Soft Gold colour options. The device has dual SIM support with 4G LTE and VoLTE connectivity. The handset would go on sale in India exclusively on Amazon.in starting June 15, 12:30 AM IST. The phone also comes bundled with 12 months of accidental damage protection with OnePlus Care.
