While we are eagerly awaiting the launch of the Android powered Nokia X smartphone, the device has appeared on an online retail website in Vietnam.
According to the listing appearing on the website of an online retailer in Vietnam, the Nokia X A110 is available for purchase. Interestingly, the handset is runs on Android and is the same handset which was developed as the Project Normandy, Nokia’s first Android smartphone. The best part is that the device is priced at just $110, which is around the Rs. 5000 range.
The Nokia X has a 4 inch display with resolution of 854 x 480 pixels. The handset is powered by the low-end dual core Snapdragon 200 processor clocked at 1 GHz along with just 512 MB of RAM and 4 GB of internal storage. The best feature would however be the latest Android KitKat version, even though we may not get the Google Play services. Our best hope is for the device to be announced at the upcoming MWC 2014.
