Nokia announced its very first Android smartphone, the Nokia X at MWC last month and we reported to you that the device will be launched in India today and it has. The device has just been officially announced in India at a price of Rs. 8599.
While the Nokia X has been officially announced today, the device was already listed at an online retailer in India previously. Nokia has tied up with over 160 telecom operators across 60 countries, so that users can purchase apps from the Nokia Store through operator billing. Nokia is also offering 3GB One Drive storage for pictures taken with the Nokia X.
Nokia X will be available across retailers in India starting today. While Nokia X’ siblings, the Nokia X+ and XL haven’t been announced today, Nokia has said that they will hit Indian shores in Q2 this year. Anyways check out the specs of the Nokia X below and tell us, what you think of the price?
