And the leaks have started! After seeing the renders of the upcoming Nokia Lumia 920 which the Finnish giant is expected to launch on September 5th with Windows Phone 8 OS aboard, TheVerge has gotten more information on the device.
According to its multiple sources, the Nokia Lumia 920 WILL indeed arrive with a 4.5 inch screen about which we have heard earlier. More after the break.
More on the specifications, the Lumia 920 will be powered by a 1.5 GHz dual-core processor coupled with a 1 GB RAM and will arrive with 32 GB of on-board storage for users to store their data and more.
The Lumia 920 will indeed be Nokia’s flagship Windows Phone smartphone which was rumoured to arrive with the PureView technology on-board. But there’s not going to the popular 41 MP sensor which is found on the Nokia 808 PureView but an 8 MP sensor will be available for users.
Now the smartphone with an 8 MP is surely not comparable to the 41 MP sensor but Nokia will be focussing on marketing the Lumia 920 as PureView thanks to “some advancements in image stabilization and camera software” which will be found on the device.
Also the Nokia Lumia 920 will be arriving with Wireless charging capability on board and the device will come with a magnetic strip on its backside to support the same.
The device will be announced on September 5th but is expected to be available only late October or early November.
