Nokia has been trying hard to push the Windows Phone smartphones by offering affordable handsets. Now the company has now launched Nokia Lumia 530 in India.
Microsoft, which has fully acquired Nokia, has announced the launch of the Nokia Lumia 530 in India. The handset, which is the successor to the popular Lumia 520, is the most affordable Windows 8.1 handset. The smartphone has a 4 inch display with resolution of 854 x 480 pixels. The device is powered by a 1.2 GHz dual core Snapdragon 200 processor with just 512 MB of RAM and 4 GB of internal storage. There is also an Adreno 302 GPU.
The Nokia Lumia 530 is equipped with a rear facing 5 MP fixed focus camera. The device runs on the latest Windows 8.1 OS with a 1430 mAh battery. The handset is priced at Rs. 7349 and would be available in Dark Grey, Orange, White and Green colour options. Airtel customers will get 500 MB of free 2G or 3G data per month for 2 months on purchasing this device.
