Nokia India has today officially announced the launch of the Nokia Asha 205 in India which went official just at the end of November.
The Nokia Asha 205 is a full QWERTY feature phone which arrives with a 2.4-inch screen with QVGA display and runs on Nokia Series 40 (S40) OS.
The Nokia Asha 205 is the most affordable QWERTY phone from Nokia which goes on to arrive with a dedicated key for access to Facebook. About 9 regional languages are supported on Facebook with the Asha 205.

The Nokia Asha 205 arrives with a new feature called ‘Slam’. Slam allows consumers to share multimedia content like photos and videos with nearby friends almost instantly. It works with most Bluetooth-enabled mobile phones without the need to pair devices, and without the recipient needing to also have Slam.
The Nokia Asha 205 also packs in the Nokia Xpress Browser, Nokia Nearby and 40 free premium games from EA.
The Nokia Asha 205 will be available in Cyan and Orange colour options and prospective buyers will be able to buy the device before the end of the year for Rs.3,499.
