With speculations about the phablet device from Nokia, steadily on rise, we seem to have caught some concrete info about the device. The reports seemingly confirm the existence of the device.
According to sources, Nokia is indeed working on a phablet device codenamed Bandit. The device will sport a 6 inch display with 1080p resolution. Interestingly it might be the first quad core Windows Phone device, which means it will be running the GDR 3 update of Windows Phone 8.
While it is still unclear which processor will be used, it would definitely be produced by Qualcomm. Also while the device may not feature a 42 MP camera like the Nokia Lumia 1020, we can expect at least a 20 MP camera. The device is said to be for testing with AT&T. Will Nokia manage to pull off a large sized display just as easily as Samsung could?
