Last week, HMD Global rolled out Android Pie update for two Nokia smartphones – the Nokia 2.1 and the Nokia 6 (2017). And now, the company is rolling out this latest version of Android to one more Nokia smartphone – the Nokia 3.1 Plus.

Juho Sarvikas – Chief Product Officer at HMD Global – has announced that the company has begun the roll out of Android Pie for Nokia 3.1 Plus. This makes it the third Nokia smartphone getting Android Pie in February.
A detailed change-log of Android Pie for Nokia 3.1 Plus is currently unavailable, but you can expect this update to bring in new UI along with features like adaptive battery, adaptive brightness, and more to the phone. We also expect this update to come along with the February security patch.

Having said that, this Android Pie update for Nokia 3.1 Plus was initially slated to roll out in January, but for some reasons, HMD missed the schedule. But either way, we are pretty sure owners of Nokia 3.1 Plus would be glad to get Android Pie on their smartphone finally.
The Nokia 3.1 Plus was launched last year in October with Android 8.1 Oreo. It is powered by Helio P22 SoC which is mated to 2 or 3 GB RAM. The 2 GB RAM variant comes with 16 GB storage whereas the 3 GB RAM variant comes with 32 GB storage. You can check out full specs of Nokia 3.1 Plus below.
