The Nokia 225, which is the company’s affordable feature phone, was available on the online Nokia Shop for Rs. 3199. Now the company has officially announced the phone.
Microsoft Devices, which currently handles Nokia’s handset business, has announced the launch of the Nokia 225 Dual SIM in India. The phone is touted to be the company’s slimmest and most affordable internet phone till now. The device has a slim profile with a curved design and a dust and splash proof key mat.
The Nokia 225 has a 2.8 inch LCD display with resolution of 320 x 240 pixels. The phone has a 2 MP fixed focus camera. The device runs on the Series 30+ OS and comes with Bluetooth 3.0 with Slam sharing feature. The handset comes with a 1200 mAh battery which is said to provide a 21 hours talk time and 36 days standby time. The phone is priced at Rs. 3329 and would be available in red, yellow, black and white colours.
