Almost a month after the Nokia 130 feature phone went on sale with online retailers, Microsoft Devices has finally launched the handset in India.
Microsoft Devices has announced the launch of the dual SIM Nokia 130 feature phone in India. The handset is said to be perfect entertainer with a built-in video player, MP3 player and FM Radio. The user can store up to 6000 songs on the SD card which can be played continuously for 46 hours on a single charge.
The Nokia 130 has a small 1.8 inch display with resolution of 160 x 128 pixels. The handset also has a dedicated LED flashlight on the back but lacks a camera. The phone has a 1020 mAh battery, which is said to last for 36 days on standby and offers 13 hours talk time on 2G network. The handset is priced at Rs. 1649.
Speaking about the Nokia 130, Raghuvesh Sarup, Marketing Director, Nokia India Sales, said, “The Nokia 130 is a perfect device for consumers who are looking for their first mobile phone, or for those looking for a rock-solid backup phone to use alongside their smartphone. The Nokia 130 will be available from today in India at a best buy price of Rs 1,649.”
