BSNL recently introduced a Special Tariff Recharge of Rs. 12 which allowed its subscribers to enjoy unlimited free incoming calls while on roaming. But BSNL has now withdrawn this STV as it is not in accordance with Telecom Regulatory Authority of India’s (TRAI) 44th amendment. Those subscribers who are currently using this STV can continue to use it till the end of its validity. It was a very affordable STV and surely must have saved some good money for those who used it, but now its longer available. Sad but true!
