We recently came across leaked specifications of the upcoming Sony Xperia Z3 flagship and today, we have some leaked pictures of the device, courtesy the same source, that’s @evleaks.
The leaked pictures show that the device will be a little different than the Sony Xperia Z2. We get to see the 7mm thin waistline of the device and the Z3 features more rounded sides and corners unlike the Z2, which features sharp edges. The sides feature the camera shutter button, the slightly different lock button, volume rocker and the microSD card slot covered in a flap.
We also get to see the back of the device, which looks similar to the Xperia Z2 with the same glass back and the same 20.7 MP camera lens.
The specs, as we came across previously suggest the device won’t really be different to the Z2. There’s said to be a 5.15-inch 1080p display, 2.5 GHz Snapdragon 801, 3 GB RAM, 16 GB internal storage, 20.7 MP rear camera and 2.1 MP front-facing camera. The water and dust resistance should be present. So, apparently, only the design will be a little different.
As per rumors, Sony plans to announce the device in September at the IFA conference in Berlin. We’ll keep you posted like always.
