There was news quite some time back about a refreshed version of the Nexus 7 tablet. While it was expected to be featured at the Google I/O Developer Conference, we were disappointed by its absence. Now finally it seems like it will launch by the end of this very month.
According to rumours, the new Nexus 7 tablet may be launched by the end of July in Taiwan followed by the launch globally. The rumours claim the tablet would be priced at $229 for the 16 GB version and $299 for the 32 GB version. To add to the list, the new tablet will support LTE.
The new Nexus 7 is said to be powered by a 1.5 GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon S4 processor instead of the earlier rumoured Snapdragon 600. The device will be equipped with a 5 MP rear camera and a 1.2 MP front facing camera. The tablet is said to have a huge 3950 mAh battery.
