Sistema Shyam TeleServices Ltd which operates under the brand MTS has launched Homespot, an instant WiFi plug and play solution for Indian users. Homespot will come with Mblaze Ultra dongle which is said to provide high speed Broadband internet. The WiFi dongle is said to connect with up to 5 devices at one time.
MTS has introduced tariff plans for prepaid and postpaid Homespot users. Focusing on prepaid users, MTS has introduced a plan for Rs. 499 per month which allows users to access 5 GB worth of Data along with free WhatsApp and Viber. MTS has also announced that Prepaid users will have to pay Rs.1299 to purchase the device and get 10 GB of bundled usage while Postpaid users will just have to pay Rs.999 for the device.
