Remember we found a smartphone which looked like the super-thin Motorola RAZR only with curved edges? Well the mystery has been solved as Motorola has announced 2 new handsets, the MT917 and the XT615 for China.
Both the devices look a bit like the RAZR but have different specs altogether.
The Motorola MT917 sports Gorilla Glass and Kevlar and is 8.5mm in thickness. It features a 4.5-inch screen with 720 x 1280 resolution, a 13 megapixel camera (Yes, 13 MP), TD-SCDMA network compatibility, dual-core 1.2GHz processor, 1GB of RAM and Android 2.3 Gingerbread on-board.
The Motorola XT615 is 9.8mm in thickness and features a 4inch edge-to-edge screen with 480 x 854 FWVGA resolution, 800MHz processor, 1GB ROM, 512MB RAM, an 8-megapixel camera with LED flash, VGA front-facing camera and Android Gingerbread 2.3 with Moto Switch UI 2.0.
The smartphones will be available in December for China users only. (Shucks!)
