Motorola is supposed to be planning a successor for the Moto X, which according to sources would be called as the Moto X+1. Now an unknown Motorola device has surfaced with a bigger display.
A mysterious Motorola handset bearing model number XT912A was spotted at the GFXBench. Interestingly, the device is said to have a 5.2 inch display with full HD resolution of 1920 x 1080 pixels. Further, the smartphone runs on the yet to be announced Android v4.4.3. While this could easily be a successor to the Moto X, it could also belong to Motorola Droid range of smartphones.
The Motorola XT912A is said to be powered by the 2.3 GHz quad core Snapdragon 800 processor along with 2 GB of RAM and 32 GB of internal storage. Also expected is a 12 MP rear facing camera and a 2 MP front facing camera. From all this we can conclude that the handset is definitely a high-end device.
